Working within a one-on-one setting, we tailor lessons to specifically address each student’s needs and desires. We start with a complimentary consultation with potential students. We use this consultation to understand the student's specific Islamic educational goals, preferred learning style and personality. This allows us to create a course specific and beneficial learning experience for our private tutoring students.

Private Tutoring Policy

Payment Policy

Private tutoring is offered to all of our students. Each session must be at least an hour long, twice a week and billed at a rate of $15.00 per hour. Students can provide and select up to 3 preferred days and preferred time slots for their sessions. Tuition payments must be paid for a minimum of four weeks ($60.00) or more.

Cancelled Tutoring Sessions 

1. To cancel a session, the student must be contact (via phone or email) their instructor at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Payment will still be due for the cancelled session(s). 


2. Cancelled sessions should be rescheduled for the same week in which the session was scheduled. If not rescheduled, the student will forfeit the amount due for that particular session. Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed, extenuating circumstance will be considered on a case by case basis. 


3. If the instructor cancels for any unforeseen reason the class will be rescheduled or monies will be applied to the next weeks tutoring session payment.
